There is a fixing choice of either the standard leg fixing or wall fixing. Because we offer two standard sizes either 60cm – 23½ inch or 76cm – 30 inch also you can choose from 16 headboard shapes, fitting 7 standard bed sizes, therefore together with our 6 border - main panel combinations this offers a staggering 1344 possibilities.

All surplus material, off-cuts and unused fabric will be returned together with your finished headboard. Pillow stops - Contrast pillow stops will require additional contrast material.

Piping - Can either be matched or contrast, so in the example below you would need to send 0.5m of a contrast material.

Upholstery Fire Retardant Liner The term fire retardant as applied to fabric, is intended to refer to reduced fire hazard, as all will burn under certain circumstances. The flammability of fabric can be drastically reduced through the use of fire retardants. Many natural fibres, including cotton, can be topically treated with a chemical that reduces the fabric's flammability to the extent that it becomes, nearly non-combustible. During a fire, the chemical reacts with the gases and tars generated naturally by the fabric, converting the gases and tars to carbon char, thus drastically slowing the fabric's burning rate.

Measuring For A Headboard

To ensure your headboard will fit the available space, measure from mattress top 60cm or 76cm ( 23½ inch - 30 inch) this will be the highest point of the headboard shape.

These fit below the headboard to stop your pillow sliding away in the night, you know when it disappears between the mattress and the headboard. This is fitted to the legs inline with the mattress, you actually won’t see it but your pillow will be under your head in the morning.
